Dear Paizo Customer Service,
I can see that in early March there will be a "double" shipment of Ironfang Invasion 1 and 2 from my Adventure Path subscription.
Is there any way to get those two instalments shipped separately, i.e., in separate packages? I've noticed that if I receive a double shipment in a single envelope, then I get slammed by a large customs charge. In this type of situation I don't mind being charged twice for the shipping/handling.

Hello Bellona,
When our system generates the order it is going to try its best to use your selected shipping method, which is currently 'Cheapest', which usually means standard post. Both books can go together via standard post so the system will bundle them together. There are no available shipping methods to you in which the books would not be able to go together so no matter what shipping option you select the system is going to put them in the same package.

We can always explore shipping options of a given shipment with you between the time it is generated/submitted, and the time it is processed for shipping. However, we cannot split shipment by request for the express purpose of avoiding or reducing import taxes or other customs fees.
