Thinning Decks in Skull and Shackles

In Rise of the Runelords, one starts removing basic cards from the decks and later veteran cards at a certain level of play. I do no see this rule for skull & shackles. Am I just over looking it?

It's on the Adventure Path card. (Probably the easiest to overlook place in the game for something that doesn't generally change from set to set. :(
