I've made an order on February 2nd and the order is still on "pending". Could someone tell me when should this be shipped?

Hello Andrew,

There are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for them. These items will show a longer ship out time on the availability portion of their product page. For instance, the Deck of Many Things says, "Ships from our warehouse in 7 to 28 business days." This is our estimate for how long the item may take to get to us from the supplier. Once it gets to us we will get it on its way to you. If you would like to make any changes to your order please let me know.

Hello Andrew,

We are still waiting for these to get to us from the supplier. They are not late quite yet as 28 business days is on Wednesday (though they may be a little late in arriving). We are expecting them any time now. As soon as they get to us we will get yours on its way.
