On 3 Feb I re-subscribed to the campaign setting with a start on Lands of Conflict and ship with next subcription but it didn't get in this shipment. At one point my side cart said it was going to ship separately, but that is gone now, too. I had a stray extra order in my shopping cart that I cleared out as well. Any idea what happened?

When you tried to move the book out of your sidecart it got stuck between orders. I have moved it the rest of the way into an order. Since your February subscription order has already shipped I cannot combine it into that order. Right now it is set to ship out on its own right away. If you would rather have it wait in your sidecart for the March subscription order please let me know.
Please make it wait for the March shipment! I got a serious case of shipping sticker shock when I saw the order. Thanks, however, as I was mostly concerned about missing the product in general. I appreciate the update.
