H'okay. This is a post for getting everyone on the same page wrt character building, house rules, who's what, confirming who's in or out, and all of that. Also for plotting out any interesting backstory stuff.
Anyways, this here is Mira, she's an unchained rogue, and she is a mess of a person who's totally mad at the government for closing down the temple to Calistria.
I've been making her with 20 point buy, standard rules/2 traits one is campaign specific, and average starting gold. If that needs tweaking, I should be able to tweak really quickly.

Hi guys! I was asked to come check you all out. If all goes well and I don't end up taking on the group I hope to be in I have agreed to help you all get started in pbp!
I'm a little new to GMing in this format, but I am running a Skype game of Hell's rebels right now, so I know the material pretty well.
If it ends up being me, Mira is correct in her assumption of build requirements, except that you may roll for starting gold if it please you. Also, I'm pretty sure the Player's guide covers it, but this campaign will not make sense for evil or neutral-leaning-evil characters, and I will enforce shifting alignments if your roleplay demands. It's like the only thing I'm super adamant on.
Anyway I hope I get to gm you all!

Amara and Mira have a passing acquaintanceship between them, as well--I imagine they've worked alongside each other a couple times?
Since Mira is normally risk-averse, my excuse for her going to the protest is that she knows Amara is the sort who might pickaxe a fool if they get stupid, and Amara mentioned the protest to her.
So she's there tagging along to try and keep anyone from getting a splitting headache in case things get too heated.

Alexis Luculus At your Service! Historian and General lover of History, Hero's, Stories, and is also not quite a fan of this whole "evil dictator police state thing". She is an Arcanist, With the Historian of the Rebellion Campaign trait (Currently finishing the Character sheet and studying what bonuses i am getting still, was told about that trait and found it perfect.

Also! It's nice to have you checking in on us, I hope we get to play together. Mira's a CN, but she's sort of secretly a softie so I'm pretty sure she'll wind up meandering to CG eventually.
edit: And it looks like Septima & Alexis are both NG, so we've got CN CN NG NG. I'm sort of looking forward to this team already.

Okay just finished the Character Sheet stuff, please let me know if you have any questions or things you need me to fix or clarify. (Also when your Bio thing asked for 3 people, I made some up. is that okay? Well I made 2 up, Borrowed the 1st from someone else since it would be likely a lot of people meet the curio trader lol.)

Septima Gallus |

Okay, my character sheet took a lot longer than I meant to. (It's early and I'm derp incarnate)
I'll proof read it more when I get home from work, but all the important parts are there. I *may* have riffed on the god of lawyers comment and given her a forgeries/linguistics angle, but I can tweak it later if need be. Until then, feel free to critique (and after, because I'm a bad judge of my own work)
Also, are we going to go with the "all basic ammunition is basically infinite" rule, or should I deduct bolts from Sept's ledger?
...I just realized I didn't write down her ledger.

Mira Longustus |

Once you're feeling more up to it, she should also have three more known languages. (Tongues gives her infernal, so 1 rank of linguistics+2 bonus points of int=3 more languages known)
Child of Kintargo also gives a +1 trait bonus to knowledge nobility, making it 1+2+3+1=7. Her morningstar should also be dealing 1d8-2.
And also, you forgot your favored class bonus and skilled. She should have +1 more skill point (4 class + 2 int + 1 human), judging from your feat probably in bluff or perform, and you either get +1 HP, +1 SP, or +1 0 level spell known.
I also don't see her class features or her curse written down anywhere, so that needs adding too. (Ammo I can't speak for, other than to say I assume it's being tracked since most GMs track it.)

"Baroness" Amara |

I knew you'd find some way to take the mechanically best reason to protest, Mira. ^_^
Also, in addition to Amara and Mira having worked together in the past, the fact that we're both Calistrian devotees is another point of connection.
As far as alignment goes, I don't see Amara shifting much in either direction. She's more "freedom at any cost" than "this is the right thing to do". She will, at some point, have to be reined in by the rest of the party. I mean, the girl has the education of an eighth grader and she's been living on the streets and with the thieves' guild since she was 14. She's got little knowledge and a limited skillset, but she knows what she's doing within that skillset.
Also, Septima and I are both nobility, so bonus connection!

Septima Gallus |

Okay, Sept's background has been added! I used the same template as the others, for simplicity's sake. (and laziness) I may tweak it later, just like with everything else. Especially her secrets, I don't like the way I worded them. Now off to fix the things Mira pointed out~
And since Septima hasn't left the social circle of nobility, I assume she'd only have heard of Amara's family.

After the superbowl? Makes sense. 8D

Alexis Luculus |

Woooooo! Things are looking good. Also i dont know how well Alexis would know any of you unless you are the Scholarly type who visit libraries to rent books, or by their more special stock. I mean you all probably heard of the library burning down and all so that might be all you know of her for all I know. :3 Though for the "Baroness" I am sure she could comb her brain about the local news of a noble child running away from home and connect the dots.

Mira Longustus |

Also I should have Septima up and ready to go now as far as I can tell.
Couple more things...
Your streets oracle adds Bluff, Knowledge (local), Perception, and Stealth to her list of class skills. From that, if you put any points into perception she'd have a 1+3+2wis=+6. Bluff also would be 1+1(feat)+3+5cha=+10, instead of +8. Sense Motive would be 1+3+2 wis=6 as well.
It might be a good idea for your skills to write out what bonuses you're getting from what, and then make the number after you've done that, like how for Mira I go Acrobatics +12 (1 rank+3 trained+5 dex+3 skill focus) or Stealth +11 (1 rank+3 trained+5 dex+2 racial). That way you're bound to see quickly if you've missed something.

Mira Longustus |

Amara's runaway plan sounds like one of someone who was literally fourteen, only somehow it worked because nobody DID ever find her, or I guess they just didn't care enough to risk a pickaxeing.
Mira's unlikely to know Alexis as she's not much of a reader. She probably heard of the library burning down, though, because fires are important.

Septima Gallus |

CHANGELOG VER 1.4
So I should have all the numbers right now. And I'm really, really glad that I've been combing through it so much because I found out that Septima's Forger's Kit is completely useless since it doesn't stack with Glib Barrister afaik (and they're both +2 so...)
Which means I need to come up with a new free 200 gp or less item. :P

Mira Longustus |

Nah, they stack just fine.
Your trait gives you a +2 trait bonus to forgeries, and your kit gives you a +2 circumstance bonus to forgeries. Different type bonuses stack no problem.
edit: Also, you may want to put down your to hit bonuses next to the attacks, though they're easy enough to figure out right now. (-2 and +0 for the melee and ranged, respectively.)

Septima Gallus |

Alright, I've updated my info with the 10 Minute Background. I now know things about Amara that I didn't before. ^_^
I love when that happens. That kind of happened with me, when I wrote it for Septima. :3
Okay so, I'm guessing scale mail is enough to keep her from dying horribly. Hopefully.
(Excuse me while I pray to RNJesus.)

Okay, I have decided that, regardless of what happens in the other recruitment, you guys are just too cool to pass up. If you'll have me, I'll look through your sheets and make a thread next time I have my PC.
I understand if you'd like to check your options, but give a hearty here here if you wanna go ahead and get to it!
