Hi I spoke with you last month when my order included the crimson throne book which I have already got as well as the deluxe copy and was told it was added in error. I have just received notification of this order and my account has been charged and once again it is back in the order!
Can you help this could get expensive! :(

You are not being sent another copy of the book. Your subscriptions generated to the already fulfilled order. What you are seeing is the book that was already shipped out. I have moved everything else to a separate order so it is not as confusing. You will be receiving an email confirmation for that order.
We don;t charge for anything until it ships out, so you haven't been charged. You may see an authorization though. When the order is submitted the bank gets pinged to make sure the card is valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending charge on your end. The authorization that was opened for your order did not include the Crimson Throne Hardcover as that was already shipped.
