I placed this order back in December as a holiday gift for my Pathfinder group. It is listed as completed however they haven't received it and without a tracking number provided for the shipment I have no way of knowing if the package got lost or was severely delayed. Is there any information you can provide about the status of the shipment? Thanks in advance!

Your order shipped out on December 21 and had up to 5 business days in transit to you. It should have arrived well before now, so it sounds like it is lost in the post. I can get a replacement shipped out for you unless you prefer a refund.
