Phantom Chariot -- speed?

Hi folks,
What is the speed of a phantom chariot? The spell references a standard chariot. A standard chariot's speed depends on what is pulling it.

My default assumption given the name and rest of the spell is that the speed is the same as a phantom steed.

Thoughts?
