Hello Lindley,
You do not see the order because it was not able to be submitted. The decline we got on the card was, "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." This is a decline on your banks end so we don't have any more information about why it was declined. I do see other payment methods on your account, and we can try one of those if you'd like.
