Heya,

There seems to have been a mixup in my order, as I received some wrong items:

- Visions of war was not the special edition as ordered, and
- Thornkeep was not autographed as advertised.

As I'm located in Denmark, Europe, import taxes has already been paid when the parcel went through customs.

I assume the above items has been mistaken for the ordinary, plain items.

How do we (you) carry on from here?

I'm sorry to hear you got incorrect items! I have set up replacements which should be on their way to you soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation.


Brilliant - I received the confirmation email alright; however, how do I go about the original items received?

I recon they should be returned (though the logistics are gonna be a massive pain here from Europe) or at least paid for somehow?

You do not need to send back the incorrect books. Keep them with our apologies. If you don't have a use for them consider donating them to a school or library.
