Good morning,
I am writing to you today in regards to a few issues I had with the contents of order #3232098 (1 brick Reign of Winter (RoW) figures and 1 brick Rise of the Runelords (RotR) figures).
The RoW brick contained broken figures and the RotR was missing figures as detailed below:
Two of the RoW packs contained broken figures:
One had a Wyvern that had one of its wing tips broken off on its left wing
One had a Mite on Spider that had the right front leg of the spider broken off.
In both cases the broken piece was still in the package.
The RotR brick had two packs that were each missing a figure. The brick and the packs were still factory sealed. In both cases the middle medium figure was not in the package or loose in the pack.
What are my options for handling these issues?
