Hello,

So for the past week or so my order has been pending and it appears its pending waiting for a payment authorization. Checked my card and there's no pending payments. Tried switching cards and still nothing.

Wondering what I should do in this case?

Thank you for your question! It looks like this is a subscription order, which means it was generated on Friday. We just started shipping these orders on Monday, and we expect to wrap up shipping by the 20th. If you take a look at our Monthly Shipping Thread, it should have a bit more information about the time frames.

We don't actually finalize charges for orders until they're processed for shipping. When orders are generated you may see a temporary authorization, but those generally fall off on their own within a few days if not finalized. I've double-checked your order and everything looks to be fine, so it should be ready to go once our warehouse reaches it in their shipping queue. You can always check out our our authorization FAQ for more details on how payment works.
