Skalds and Unchained Barbarian Rage Powers

The Unchained Barbarian has several rage powers that, IMO, work great for Skalds passing out to the party via Inspired Rage. Most, for example, don't require that the recipient spend additional rounds of rage, or use a standard action.

Quite a few are mechanically simpler, which makes them vastly better for "Here's the bonus I give you if you accept this inspired rage song" at a crowded table of people you don't play with regularly.

Is this legal in Society play?

I propose the same question for classes/archetypes that give access to Rogue Talents.

Are Unchained Talents up for grabs?

Last time this was asked I believe there was no inkling of an answer. With everyone coming back from the New Year, it would be the perfect time to hammer this out.

unchained are only for unchained and not allowed by any class that doesn't specifically call out unchained lists. definitely not legal for PFS or normal rules.

I don't think it's ever been clarified.

But I'm not as up to date on rulings from this past year.
