So, as the title says, looking to get some help with a build for a campaign that will be starting soon.
20pt buy system. Dhampir, Tiefling or Drow are options that I like, leaning more toward Dhampir or Drow tho.
Looking to also have some fun with the character with a little bit of twistedness that fits our group.. plan on worshipping Lamashtu(sp) and taking Mid-wife as a profession, to help bring forth more monsters, and also having fun with being a carrier of many diseases(Have no exposed skin near party incase healing needed most likely lol)
So looking for mostly stat builds and gear/feat ideas, either as a heavy hitter, or a tank maybe if anyone would care to give some input.
Thanks in advance

Dhampir has an unfortunate CON penalty, but otherwise are right up your alley. Consider the Moroi-Born alternate Dhampir as an option. Dayborn alternate racial trait is basically a necessity, since it is basically a +1 to hit (or rather, a negation of a -1 to hit). If you want to be a Tiefling, Demon-Spawn alternate Tiefling is the best option, although any alternate that gives a STR or CHA boost (or at least no penalty) is acceptable. Scaled Skin, Pass for Human, Soul Seer, Prehensile Tail, and Maw and Claw (Bite attack) will all compliment a Tiefling. Prehensile Tail and Soul Seer both replace the useless Fiendish Sorcerery ability. If you pick a Drow, the Surface Infiltrator will prevent you from being blinded or suffering a -1 to hit in a lot of situations, but will also downgrade your Darkvision into Low-Light Vision. Voice in the Darkness is also a good choice, since you only lose hand crossbow proficiency (who uses hand crossbows?).
If you pick a Tiefling or Drow, the Insinuator archetype is good. Dhampirs take damage from positive energy, so it's not as good of a pick. The Tyrant and Iron Tyrant archetypes as well as the base Antipaladin are also good for all races - Tyrant is a Lawful Evil version of the regular Antipaladin, while Iron Tyrant turns you into a tank. Both Insinuator and Iron Tyrant drop your spells, but somewhat make up for it by giving you feats.
Your important stats are STR, CHA, and CON. DEX, WIS, and INT all matter a little as well. STR boosts your accuracy and damage, which is key. CHA boosts all your saves, Touch of Corruption, smite accuracy, and spellcasting, which is also useful. CON affects your HP and Fortitude saves - your survivability. DEX gives an AC, Reflex, and Initiative boost, but you get heavy armor, so you don't need to much AC from DEX. INT gives you skills, which might be important if you want to be able to spend points on Profession (Midwife) without gimping yourself. WIS boosts your Will save and your Perception score, although CHA covers Will and extra skill ranks are better at boosting Perception. I'd recommend STR>CHA>CON>DEX>INT>WIS as a stat layout, although STR>CHA>CON is the important part, DEX, INT, and WIS can be laid out however you want.
As for feats, Power Attack should be your first selection. You could consider working your way down a combat style chain, one that doesn't require Improved Unarmed Strike. Toughness is a good filler feat. Two-Weapon Fighting is also an option, since Smite is a flat damage bonus. If you choose that, Improved Shield Bash, Shield Slam, and Shield Master are worth choosing.
You should avoid the Drow feats, since it requires several feats to be effective, are not conducive to melee combat, and you don't have very many free feats. Similarly, avoid the Dhampir feats, which require you to specialize in grappling (something that Antipaladins don't do well). As a Tiefling, Armor of the Pit (If you didn't take Scaled Skin) is a good choice, while Fiend Sight is a situationally awesome choice, but the other feats are extremely situational and mostly bad.

i have an antipaladin build that works nicely, i suggest going tiefling and taking the knight of the sepulcher archtype. then using your touch of corruption to heal yourself with negative energy damage, there is a tiefling alternate racial ability that lets you heal from negative energy as well. i believe it is third party. but its worth a look-see

Knight of the Sepulcher is Paizo and not 3rd party, and there is a Tiefling ability that lets you heal from both positive and negative energy on the random alternate racial ability list, but it doesn't bolster healing further. Knight of the Sepulcher exchanges your offensive auras in exchange for some resistances and immunities - less of a team player, but a tougher overall character.

yea! what he said! antipaladins are kinda selfish by nature anyways, so i feel the knight of the sepulcher is a nice way to go
Although you could make an argument for other aspects. Having an Aura of Despair instead of Fortitude of the Crypt means you're cruel as opposed to selfish - you like to see your opponents suffer. Having an Aura of Vengeance and a Fiendish Boon (Will of the Crypt, Touch of the Crypt) means you like spreading your evil around, and that you're more murderous than selfish. Having Unholy Champion instead of Undying Champion means you define yourself as the ultimate enemy of beings of pure good, instead of as an immortal, immoral warlord. It signifies that you are evil incarnate, not selfish.
That said, if you like terrifying enemies, consider the Cornugon Smash chain. You'll need the Power Attack, Cornugon Smash, and Hurtful feats. Cornugon Smash lets you Intimidate someone you hit with Power Attack as a free action, and Hurtful lets you attack someone you intimidate as a swift action. The combination lets you intimidate a target (making them shaken) and get an extra attack in, all for a free and a swift action. It's a pretty good deal. Furious Focus and Intimidating Prowess will make you even better at this - Furious Focus removes the Power Attack penalty from the first hit every round, and Intimidating Prowess adds your Strength to your Intimidate checks. If you decide to go down this route, also consider taking Nightmare Scars, a Lamashtu follower-only feat that gives you +2 to Intimidate and means you take no penalty for intimidating larger creatures (normally -4 to intimidate if you're smaller). If you really can't get enough intimidation, Antagonize lets you use Intimidate to draw aggro from enemies using Intimidate, which is really rare and useful as a tank-type. Dazzling Display lets you intimidate an area of opponents, and since you still get your swift action, you can still attack using Hurtful. Signature Skill gives your intimidation a bit of extra kick if you beat the Intimidation DC by 10 or more.
The Damnation feats are available as well, though they're a mixed bag. I'd mildly recommend Soulless Gaze, Fiendskin, and Mask of Virtue, but not Maleficium. They're not as good as combat feats, but Fiendskin gives you energy resistances and immunities, Soulless Gaze makes you better at intimidation, and Mask of Virtue lets you pretend to not be evil. Maleficium makes you better at casting evil spells, but you don't need that sort of boost, since Antipaladins are primarily warrior-types and not caster-types.

Knight of the sepulchre gives some nice defenses against attack types that typically come from evil opponents, ask yourself what you think the ratio of good to evil opponents will be. I personally like this archetype quite a bit, but it doesn't look to match the philosophy of a Lamashtu following midwife, twisted life and birth is a poor match for a wannabe death knight.
A semi-reasonable house rule to ask your GM about is whether touch of corruption can be used on yourself as a swift action, makes a difference as to the utility of healing yourself with it.
Divine bond for a servant can take on some creepy factors for you, twisted beasts you have bred to serve you.
