Campaign Settings - Horror Realms?

Curious when this will be tested and/or allowed in PFS. I'm really wanting to use Aberration Summon creatures, they look fun.

I would imagine that, if anything from this book is made legal, it will be noted in the next round of Additional Resources updates...

...which John Compton has indicated will be when Paizo re-opens after the holidays.

If anything? Was it made to broken or something? Or are campaign books never allowed? Does Paizo ever re-release old archetypes or classes in a PFS Legal book when they were released in content never released to PFS?

I wasn't trying to suggest that anything from the book was more (or less!) broken, or that nothing from the book would be made legal - simply that since I am not a Paizo employee, I can't promise that anything *would* be made legal.

Sorry, the way you said that, it sounded like you were hinting that it wouldn't be. lol

Thanks for the information though. I just got my Christmas cash, so I'm debating on which books to purchase for when I'm finally able to get to a PFS meeting in Arizona somewhere.

I'd also suggest picking up Horror Realms just for some of the non-rules material. The various locations presented give new light to a lot of areas on Golarion that may (hopefully) show up in PFS in the future!

I swear, I'm not just saying that because I worked on two of the locations...

Wait, people actually read these things for the articles?

Despite appreciating a certain amount of crunch, some of us may have even enjoyed the higher amount of fluff included in many 2nd edition products.

Every PFS scenario I run, I try to include some background from the non-rules text of various books. Usually it's gazetteer stuff for the city we're in, but sometimes it's something broader that could happen anywhere. More lore!
