Ok, I had $46 in store credit that I used to get some stuff. I spent more than I had so I used my bank card. It looks like this order charged my card twice once for $7.71 and once for $15.20 and didn't use $15 something of my credit.
On another note, my subscription for chapter three of mummy's mask seems to be in limbo. For a while it showed up in my side cart for some reason and now it show pending under my subscription schedule but my account shows no pending orders...

Thank you for letting us know about this! I'm sorry about the mixup with store credit! I've charged the remaining $15.20 in store credit to your order, and refunded the same amount back to your original payment method. You should see that appear in your account in 1 - 5 business days, depending on how quickly your bank processes the request.
As for your card deck stuck in limbo, it seems that it got pushed to an unsubmitted order, but I can fix that for you. For the time being, I've put the deck and the promo into the sidecart to be sent out with the next subscription shipment. If you'd like it sent out sooner, just let me know and I'll get it on the way.

I'm sorry to hear that there are still some issues with your subscription! I've moved both of these decks and their promos into an order, and I'll let our warehouse know to get them on the way as soon as they can.

I was hoping it was fixed, but it looks like it isn't. My chapter 5 was again in my sidecart, and how my sidecart isn't showing anything. I'm not in a rush, but I thought I'd report it again. Hopefully you guys/gals can figure it out. I've heard of other VOs that this is happening to as well. Any information I can give you to help I'm willing to.
