Fire Ink Tattoos and other ink thoughts

Hello there! I don't want to make this post super long. I've just been wondering about some things surrounding ink.

Specifically, how much ink is in a vial, fire ink tattoos, how much paper a vial of ink would cover, and why glowing ink is cheaper than regular ink.

wouldn't a fire ink tattoo still sting after the flesh healed in a human or other non-fire based race?
