Can I use channel smite (feat) with the touch attack from cure light wounds in PFS?

Definitely. Channel smite just says melee attack roll, and that would be a cure light wounds.

If you're trying to do it on the same round as casting, it comes down to whether you can do a swift action between the cast and the touch. The Combat rules for touch spells say the touch is a free action on the same round as casting, so it looks OK.

Cast CLW (defensively, or in a safe place then move up to undead target), swift action to channel smite, free touch attack.

Considering you can cast, move your full speed, then touch, working a swift action in there shouldn't be a problem
