Bag of Binding (Krampus Inspired Item for Holiday Session)

Advice

Dark Archive

I have a holiday game session this coming Thursday. I wanted to get some feedback on a minor artifact that the party will be using as minions of Krampus. They will only have access to Type I of the Bag of Binding but I wanted to flesh it out as a whole. The basis of the item was drawn from the Bag of Holding and modified from that frame work. I am not stating that it is perfect in its current format which is why I am looking for constructive input on the item. Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas!!

Bag of Binding (Minor Artifact)
Aura strong conjuration; CL 16th
Slot none; Weight see below

Description
This appears to be a black cloth sack covered in ash about 3 feet by 4 feet in size. The bag of binding opens into a nondimensional space sustaining creatures without air, food, or water: its inside is larger than its outside dimensions. Regardless of the number of children put into the bag, it weighs a fixed amount. This weight, and the number of children and creature type of the bag's contents, depend on the bag's type, as shown on the table below.

Bag--Bag Weight--Contents Limit--DR--Creature Type Limit --Hardness/ HP
Type I--15 lbs.--10 children--5/piercing--Humanoid--10/ 20 hit points
Type II --25 lbs.--20 children--5/piercing--Humanoid, Monstrous Humanoid--12/ 25 hit points
Type III--35 lbs.--40 children--10/piercing--Aberration, Fey, Humanoid, Monstrous Humanoid--15/ 30 hit points
Type IV --60 lbs.--60 children--15/piercing--Aberration, Fey, Humanoid, Monstrous Humanoid, Outsider--20/ 40 hit points

Once a bag of binding is full it ties itself up and will not accept any other contents until the bag has been emptied. If sharp objects pierce it (from inside or outside) beyond its hit points, the bag immediately ruptures and cannot be used for 1d6 days, and all contents are lost forever. If a bag of holding is turned inside out, all of its contents spill out, unharmed, but the bag must be put right before it can be used again. Retrieving a specific child from a bag of binding is a standard action. Magic items placed inside the bag do not offer any benefit to the character carrying the bag.

If a bag of binding is placed within a portable hole, a rift to the Shadow Plane is torn in the space: the bag vanishes and reappears before Krampus while the hole is sucked into the void. If a portable hole is placed within a bag of holding, it opens a gate to the Shadow Plane: the hole, the bag, and any creatures within a 10-foot radius are drawn there, destroying the portable hole and bag of holding vanishes as it reappears before Krampus.
