What do I need to do to get a replacement figure. In this order, the Star-Spawn figure arrived with a broken wing.

I'm sorry to hear you got a broken miniature! I have set up a replacement for you which will be shipping out along with your January subscription order. If you are able will you take a picture or tow and send them to customer.service@paizo.com so I can pass them along for quality control?
