like ultimate campaign will those ever be availbe again via hardcopy or only oly pdf?
I wouldn't hold your breath. Unless things sell like gangbusters there won't be a second printing. You might be able to get one at a FLGS like Compleat Strategist in NYC. They ship.

Ultimate Campaign would be the first hardcopy from the core RPG line that Paizo let permanently go out of print if they don't eventually revise and reprint it. In fact, I am pretty sure that the only reason they haven't already taken care of this item is that they are a bit short handed at the moment.
It is with the softcover books that reprints are very rare.
There are hardcopies available, both new and used, on Amazon.
