Hi, yesterday I was trying to buy Pathfinder Campaign Setting: The First World, Realm of the Fey PDF, but during the checkout it never fully completed... I've never received a message that the purchase was complete, nor an order #, nor an e-mail of confirmation like the other times I've bought here.
Imagining it was some issues with the site (like always happened before, at least for me), I tried several times until I finally gave up. Today I've received a call from the bank that I had 14(!) purchases here and that I should contact you.
I wish to know what is happening with the site (that I can't buy for some reason) and, most importantly, that I won't be charged for this... after all, even after these many tries I haven't received nothing (no pdf, no message, no e-mail).

Hello Sir Longears,
Your card is being declined because it is failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to your card does not match what the bank has on file.
You haven't been charged at all. What you are seeing are authorizations. Each time you tried to submit the order the bank got pinged to make sure the card was valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds because they are expecting a charge to come through later. This can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because your card was declined we cannot finalize any of these authorizations. If not finalized authorizations will expire and the holds will be released. How long that takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control. I have issued authorization reversal requests for all of your attempts. You bank should be able to see them right away, but again, how long it takes for them to disappear is entirely up to your bank.
