So i think the answer is yes to this, but i had a thought. Druids/Hunters/Rangers can have a dire bat as an animal companion. And animal companions/mount levels stack across multi-class. Cavalier can not access dire bats even with beast mastery archtype. So the thought is, IF at level one, a PC were to go hunter with Dire bat companion, then level 2-8 or so on as a cavalier, they can now fly on their mounted dire bat, correct? Thus allowing death from above charges, also making many charging lanes suddenly wide open...

You can have two companions, but one of them will likely be your off screen pack animal, or left behind in the Grand Lodge's stables.
In order for your dire bat to progress you are going to need more hunter levels and probably boon companion. You could also go straight cavalier and use monstrous mount feat to get a griffin or a hippogriff -- the downside of this choice is that they are large creatures and thus difficult to fit in dungeons.
I have seen in PFS a hunter / cavalier cross with a flying roc. He was pretty powerful, but most of him was hunter in order to have his mount keep up. Hunters do have some awesome abilities and the ability to apply teamwork feats and use ranger & druid spells makes them really potent, especially if you get more than one hunter in a party.
I've GMed a few times for multiple hunters in PFS, and it is amazing how those teamwork feats can impact a battle when used in concert.

I currently have a level 9 cavalier (not changing anything on him now, 7 cav, 2 hunter) he just uses wand charges of reduce animal when his large axebeak doesnt fit places. But i didnt know about monstrous mount or boon companion, those could be QUITE useful, thanks, however, this also just taught me i have messed up my cav'scompanion atm, since i applied the hunter bonuses to it. Will have to rectify it, or am isafe, since i have the AXEBEAK boon?

Most dungeons are fine, narrow corridors can be squeezed through and the Narrow Frame feat will help negate any AC or to hit penalties. I have a number of characters with large companions (a snake, two roc's, a tiger, a horse and an axebeak). I tend to carry around a few scrolls of reduce animal or carry companion in case we have to go to a fancy dinner or the theatre or something.
Frankly, even my summoner who likes to drop Stompy the Huge Aerial Ankylosaurus into battle hasn't really experienced any difficulties.

If you have the Axebeak boon, you're safe!

No, Monstrous Mount looks legit to me.
The feat is from Page 14 of Inner Sea Combat, right?
All content on pages 10–11 and pages 13–17 are legal except the cannon master feat.
You'd be fine taking that feat so long as you own the book. If you go with it, make sure that you pick up animal archive for Narrow Frame feat too!
Someday, I'll ride a flying mount in Pathfinder Society!
Hmm

I will double check, i know it has flaws, but i primarily use herolab, and check viability when finished with the character, but it told me wasnt allowed, it could be out of date though. Still tells me elemental races arent allowed, and i hva e a level 5 ifrit swashbuckler lol.
