I received an email on November 28 saying that this order was about to ship. However, it still hasn't arrived. Usually, it has arrived by now; it's possible that a local PO or UPS depot is backed up.

Are you able to check the package tracking on your end to see where it's supposed to be? (I didn't see a tracking URL in the mail; its possible I'm blind.)

Your order shipped out on December 7. The tracking information was last updated today when the package entered a post office in Urbancrest, OH. There was a link to the tracking on the shipping email. I can send you an email with the link if you would like.

The order was generated on November 28 as part of the authorization for the subscriptions. You would have received an order confirmation email at that time. We began shipping them on December 1 and you should have received the shipping email when we did the label run your order was part of on December 5.

Oh! OK. If it shipped December 7, then no worries that it hasn't arrived yet.

I haven't received any email about this order since November 28, however. I will check my spam service.
