Problems purchasing pdfs

So I'm trying to purchase one of the pdfs, but whenever I click on the confirm order button, nothing happens except that the numbers disappear. What can I do to try and get past this?

The system was kicking you back because your card was being declined. The billing address was incorrect. You had Ontaria instead of Ontario. I was going to submit it for you but it looks like you are in the midst of changing the card information.
