This order was a gift certificate, and shows up as being purchased for the corect recipient when I look at it, but the recipient says they haven't received it. Any ideas?

Hello Paul,

An email was sent when the order was placed, and I can see the store credit on his account. If he logs into his account and clicks on My Gift Certificates can he see it there?
