Normal shipping times for us are between 1 and 7 business days (around this time of year it can be a bit longer though). The 7th business days from when you placed the order will be tomorrow, December 7.

OK...that's SHIPPING times. I'm aware of that. But the order still says PENDING. Why does it still say PENDING? Why hasn't it shipped, yet?

Pending is the status an order has until it ships out. It will say pending until it leaves our warehouse. Normal shipping times for us are between 1 and 7 business days. Tomorrow will be the 7th business day, so it should be shipping out today or tomorrow. At that time the status will change to complete and it is expected to have 4 to 8 business days in transit to you.
