I ordered a few things on 11/22/2016 which said it would ship out in 1-7 business days with an additional 4-8 days for delivery. It's been over a week now and my order is still "pending".
Is something wrong with the payment?

It looks like your order should be good and I don't see any problems. The 1-7 business day estimate does not include weekends and holidays. Your order was submitted rather late in the day on the 22nd, we'd start counting business days on the 23rd. This should put your order shipping sometime between November 23rd and December 5th.
The amount of time that orders take to ship within the 1 to 7 business day window varies depending on the volume of orders being processed. The warehouse has been really busy so many orders are taking to the longer side of that estimate.
