No subscription order again this month

Pathfinder Maps, Starfinder Society Subscriber; Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber

I didn't get a subscription order confirmation - and this happened last month too.

When you fix this, can you please ensure:
1) I get one (and only one) copy of the Curse of the Crimson Throne pawns. (It's showing as in my sidecart and also as part of the subscription.)
2) I receive the PACG promo cards for both this month and last month. (When last month's subscriptions shipped, the promo card(s) were missing.)
