Hi WonderGoon,
Sometimes authorizations expire before we can ship an order. That's not generally a problem - we'll just authorize and finalize the charge at the time time when the warehouse can process it for shipping. More details about authorizations and payments can be found here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0t
The items you order have a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days. This means that we have it in the warehouse, and the warehouse staff will process it as soon as they can, but the amount of time it may take in that window can vary depending on the volume of orders being processed. Other information about product availability can be found here.
Business days do not include weekends and holidays (we were closed the 24th and 25th for Thanksgiving), so today is 2nd business day in which we could have shipped since your order was submitted. It looks like everything is fine with your order and it will be processed as soon as the warehouse gets to it in the shipping queue. We do have a lot of orders to ship right now, so things are stretching out to the long side of the 1 to 7 business day estimate (and unfortunately, potentially a bit longer, as we have had some staff out sick and such).
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email when it is processed for shipping, so you’ll know its on the way then.
The sales prices are based on the order submission date, not the shipping date, so you don’t need to worry about losing the sale prices.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.
Thanks!
