Hi. We recently moved and this order was shipped to our old address. Mail forwarded is in place with USPS and I'm hoping it will eventually make its way to me, but I was wondering if it might have been returned to sender (you). Is there anyway you can check? Thanks!

Thank you for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order, and there should have been a tracking link that was included with your shipping confirmation email. (If you can't find it, let me know and I can email it to you.) Looking at that link, it doesn't seem that the shipment has been returned to us just yet. Unfortunately, the last update was on the 12th in your original city, so I cannot tell if it's going to be forwarded or if the Post Office is still trying to figure out what to do with it.

I would say to keep an eye on the tracking link, and if necessary, contact the Postal Service to see if they can give you any further information. If it does look like the shipment is starting to make it's way back to us, just let me know and we'll see what we can do to get a replacement sent out to the updated address.

In the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have.

Hi, Katina. I'm afraid this still hasn't shown up. Is it possible to have a replacement shipped? If so and if the original actually does show up, I will certainly have it returned.
