Order still pending. .

I placed an order for the Southlands campaign setting hard-copy/pdf (order 2918639) bundle a week ago and it is still pending. Can I go ahead and cancel it?

Hi Sean,

I believe I talked to you on the phone about this earlier (and this should be on its way anytime now). It is still pending because it has a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days. The actually time it takes to ship in that window varies depending on how busy our warehouse is.

If you do still want it cancelled, please let us know ASAP.
