Hello,

I've noticed that the status for my order has been pending since November 2nd, and the status hasn't changed since then. I'm anxious to give the items in the order as gifts, and I was wondering if something can be done to speed along the process?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm not sure why the part of the order with #110 and #111 haven't shipped yet, but I'll see what I can do about that.

The rest of these are preorders (and look like they are submitted to ship separately from each other), so they should ship each month as they release.
