HUGE BILLING PROBLEM!!!

about a day or two ago, I attempted to buy a $3.99 PDF from this website, and it said the transaction was declined. I attempted it a number of more times, again still declined.

I checked my bank account this morning and I see that Paizo has taken a total of $62.05 from my bank account!

I also didn't receive the PDF I ordered in my downloads.

how can I get refunded this money?
