Unless it has some language saying otherwise, no. An attack of opportunity is (generally) a single attack. That means one tentacle.

If a creature (monster, PC, NPC, etc.) ever makes more than one attack, they need to use a full attack to do it. Unless they have some language saying otherwise. Anytime anything makes more than one attack, they either need a special exception or are doing a full attack.
