Hello,

This and a dozen other orders have been pending for 2 weeks. Wassup??

Also, orders are being randomly added to my sidecart for shipment with the subscription. Noey wanty. I had to manually pull it out. I think it may have inadvertently cancelled one of my orders also, while doing that. Noey goody.

These were placed well before upcoming subscriptions and I care more about these getting to me on time (not happening unless can be shipped in the past) than I do my subscription.

Sorry you are having difficulties, but happy to read about others with same problem. Seems to be taking longer than usual.

I'm having the same issue. I received an email on November 4 saying"

"Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I’ve taken a look into your order, and it seems that it’s on a packing list right now, which means that it’s in the batch of orders that our warehouse is working on packing up and shipping out. I can’t say for sure when exactly they will be able to reach it in their queue, but once they do, they should send you a confirmation email to let you know that it’s on the way.

For our subscription orders, we generate them all at the same time and then we generally allow a two-week window to get everything all sent out. Right now, we’re just at the end of week one, so your order should be processed within the next week. Since it’s already on a packing list, that means it’s towards the front of the line. Since it’s now after-hours on a Friday and we’re not here on weekends, it may be that it’ll be processed on Monday or Tuesday.

If you’re ever curious about the order generation and shipping windows, we post monthly shipping threads on our Customer Service forum with details to keep subscribers informed. You can find this month’s shipping thread here.

Please note that we do not actually charge for your order until it ships out, so if you see something that looks like a charge on your account, it is most likely just a temporary authorization. Hello Wysteriah,

I'm sorry to hear that your orders have been held up. Taking a look into your account, it seems that there may have been some minis that we had to take out of deep storage, which may be why they're taking a little longer. Our warehouse has also been a bit backed up because of an influx in orders, and because of subscriptions. They are working as fast as they can, and they should have no problems shipping your items are soon as they reach you in the queue.

After looking around a little bit, I did not see any canceled or unsubmitted items moved from the sidecart, so if there are any that seem to have gone astray, just let me know.

Hello ChipmunkPDX,

I've looked into your account and it looks like you had two orders to start subscriptions that were in a bit of a strange limbo state. The subscriptions had been started, but the items were unable to ship because they were trying to get into the sidecart.

I believe I've sorted this out, and now all of your pending items are in your sidecart. If you want to have them sent out, just let me know and I can take all available items from your sidecart and put them into a pending order. Otherwise, I can just leave the items as-is and they'll all be shipped automatically with your next subscription shipment.

Just let me know and I'll be glad to help out.

Hello,

I wanted to follow up again on 8 pending orders from Nov 1. Orders placed after that (2nd, 6th, 10th) were filled but these are still pending. For sure way too long. Also seem its a "we'll get to it when we get to it" outlook. Please heeeellllpppp!

It looks like they are all generated onto packing lists earlier this morning, so you should start getting shipping notifications anytime now.

Unfortunately, we've had some people out sick, so while the warehouse is working as fast as they can, we have been operating a bit short staffed at times for the last couple of weeks. Sorry for any inconvenience!
