Greetings!
Won a Gift Certificate at a local convention a couple of weeks ago.
Tried entering the number in this weekend and today, but it is not showing as a valid Gift Certificate.
The digits/letters for the Claim Code are off-set sort of funky, with the second, fourth, and fifteenth digits written half-below the line of the other digits/letters.
Please advise when possible, thank you!
