I recently tried to order two of the Legacy of Fire books for a campaign I have coming up. However, when I tried to use my card, the payment was rejected or at least that's what it said. Despite that, there is still a charge on my card currently equal to the amount to the order, but the order has not been placed.
I would really like if someone would be able to assist me soon. I tried calling customer service, but it wasn't working for me.

While not staff, I suspect it's an authorization you're seeing, not an actual charge, and it will expire after a period depending on your bank's policies. See the FAQ for an explanation about what that is.
The Paizo support staff should be able to hasten the process from their end, but it still depends on your bank as to how quickly it happens.
The usual cause is the billing address you entered for your payment on the Paizo site not being an exact match for the one on file at your bank for your credit card. Paizo's site is really finicky about an exact match, so your bank basically reserves the funds temporarily in anticipation of a charge, but the purchase and charge never get made because of the address mismatch.

Thank you for explaining! Hopefully, my Bank handles that matter sooner rather than later. I hate to have two charges that don't exist on my card.
However, I was wondering, how can I get it shipped to a different address? I'm currently located in at a different address than normal. So is that some way that will allow my purchase to go through?

Hello BlankNotebook,
Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it does seem that some authorizations went through, but your order was declined by our system because of an Address Verification problem. Since this involves getting your address from you, I'll go ahead and send you an email so we can get this resolved that way. Just let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
Thanks!
