I will get right to this. I am making a pathfinder society character at lvl 1 and picking traits. But I have a question regarding how it works. I plan on making a halfling summoner, and taking the "magical knack" trait. Which according to what I read gives me +2 caster level in a certain class as long as that does not exceed my HD.
Question is, does this boost to caster level affect the spells known, per day etc? I'm pretty sure it does not affect the eidolon (since that's class level) but if I multiclass (like grab some monk levels or something) down the line, say monk 2 summoner 2 my caster level would be 4, so do I know spells and have the spells per day as per a 4th lvl summoner?
