Subscription Mix-Ups

I still show my shopping care the subscriptions for Pathfinder Roleplaying game which I added back in July or so for the Horrors book to be the first of that line, and the Adventure Path to start with book 1 of the current path (Strage Aeons).

I don't know what has happened, but I still dont see that they were ever scheduled to ship. I've added them and clicked on the subscription preferences to have stuff all wait to ship together; but now I see all that is scheduled to ship is my Pathfinder Modules line.

Any info or help you can provide would be appreciated.

It looks like those didn't get submitted all the way.

I've finished submitting them and added items to the current order. You should get an updated order confirmation email.

I think what happened is I failed to notice that I had to scroll down to the bottom of the page and "checkout". It's been a long time since I subscribed to a product line; I must have added both to my cart and thought that was all I needed to do for a "subscription" vs ordering/buying one product a la carte or something.

I appreciate you looking into this and helping to get it rectified.

I will certainly learn from this to scroll down... :-)

Hi there - I notice in my order to be shipped is a villain codex handbook, but that wasn't the book that I was most interested in. It was the Horrors book that I wished to start my subscription - that was the book I wanted the most - especially given that its accompanying the Aeons AP.
