Basic multiclass question (npc class + pc class)

Does an adept 1 / cleric 1 has :

+2 Fort, +2 Will, 3 orisons, 1+1 level 1 spells,

or

+2 fort, +4 Will, 6 orisons, 2+1 level 1 spells ?

Neither.

+2 Fort, +4 Will, 3 adept 0th level spells, 3 cleric orisons, 1 adept 1st level spell, 1 cleric 1st level spell, and 1 domain spell.

Edit: oh, and bonus 1st level spells for high wisdom to both classes.

For saves, Depends on the system you use. As per Pathfinder Unchained, you can use Fractional Base Bonuses that really help balance out that whole multiclassing thing..

For spellcasting, they are separate. You would get orisons and 1st level spells from each class.
