Our group is playing with the Caravan rules (including the expanded caravan rules from LPR) using TOS Caravan. We came up with a question:
The rules mention HOW a wainright can do a field repair of the caravan while in the field.. but what about repairing the caravan when you are in a city? Would that still cost the same thing as field repairs - OR would the fact that a better position (i.e. the availability of many craftsmen and their forge and such) make this cost less then the field repair?
For now, we decided that we would pay 1 gp per HP to repair while in a city... but we were wondering if this was clarified somewhere.
