I see I was charged on 10/4/2016 for Order 4076339 however I have not received the shipment. It is not typical for an order to arrive this late. Could you check on its status? I looked at my account page but it does not have a tracking number available.
Also, I sent an email about this order on Tuesday, 10/18 but have not heard anything.

Your order shipped out on October 13. The tracking indicates that it is out for delivery today. October 4 is the day the label run was run. For subscriptions we print out the shipping labels for all the identical orders (i.e. orders that are just a Campaign Setting, or just an Adventure Path, etc). When this happens is when the charge goes through and the PDFs are granted to your account. With unique orders this coincides with the order being shipped as the warehouse prints the label when they package up the order, but with subscriptions there is a lot more time between when the label is printed and when the package ships. For this reason the email you received at that time should say, "Expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, October 14."
