Gestalt fighter scarred with doctor half orc build help

So it's just that, I'm looking for tips and mainly what spells and hexs and equipment I should get. I am also using the original scarred witch doctor build using there constitution instead. Have a pretty good points roll mainly STR, DEX, and CON. just looking for some good ideas. Also would not like to focus so much on a grapple build, but all ideas are great to hear.
