I have used two working CC numbers and both have prompted a "problem with transaction" message when I confirm my order. I know they both work for all kinds of purchases (bought me dinner tonight), including websites. Can anyone push this order through?

The issue isn't with your card. The order is not submitting because the information in your shipping address is incorrect (you have it the same in the billing address which would be an issue if the system let it submit). In the state field you have the full state name and then the state abbreviation in brackets. I have adjusted that to be just the state abbreviation and removed the brackets. You will be receiving an email confirmation for the order and should see the PDF on your My Downloads page now.
