I submitted this order on Thursday October 13th, and received an email notification that the order was "Pending".
Today I happened to notice that this order appeared to have been moved back to my sidecart to ship with my next subscription (presumably when my comics subscription got added to my sidecart).
I've changed it back to ship immediately, and it's gone back to "Pending" status. However, it now also includes the comic subscription (shown as a preorder) - if that would delay the shipment I'd rather not wait for that.

The order isn't being held up by the comic, that is ready to go. It is being held up by the Stor-Safe Card Boxes. You ordered more than we have so we are waiting for more to get to us. Would you like those moved to your sidecart so everything else can go?

I appear to have missed your message, Diego. Sorry about that. Fortunately you did move the boxes to the sidecart, which is what I would have requested.
Unfortunately this order still hasn't shipped!
First of all, it seems to have been still in "Pending" state when it came time to process the next subscription orders, so on October 28th I got another email showing this order to still be in "Pending" state, but now with my subscription items added (but without the card boxes).
Then, a week ago, I got yet another email saying that my Adventure Card Game subscription was being switched to complementary status (rather than an additional subscription being added to my account). I called customer service to talk about this, and was told that it looked as though my order was just about to be packed and shipped. Rather than add new complications I said to go ahead and let that happen, and we'd sort out the correct thing to do once the order was on the way. (Sara Marie is the person who knows what's going on with PACG subscriptions).
Today I noticed that the PFS faction pins had been re-stocked, so I ordered the ones I had missed the first time. When I came to select shipping options, I was offered the choice to ship these with order 4107581! I looked, and it appears that that order is now not only still in Pending status - it shows as Suspended! (It also shows the order as having been submitted on October 28th, not October 13th ...)
What do I need to do to get this order to ship? If it's now being held up until there's a solution to the PACG subscription problem can we just switch my subscription back to the regular subscription that it should be, and deal with the second subscription as a separate issue?
