Please verify that the package actually is being shipped. UPS MI has had the same tracking info since 10/18/16. Their FAQ advises contacting them after 48 hours for shipping updates. When called, they advised that I contact the shipper.

The tracking for the order indicates it was picked up by the post on October 18. The last update was on October 19 when it entered a post office in Auburn, WA. It is likely somewhere between there and you right now.
