Order 4075629 shipments not completed

My subscription order for this month, order 4075629, was for some unknown reason split into two packages. The first package has shipped, but the second one hasn't. Is there some problem that is holding up the second shipment?

Hello David,

The order was split into 2 packages due to weight and size limits for standard post. That remains a cheaper shipping option than sending them in a single package via the next cheapest option (priority mail). The second package is on a pick list right now, which means it is part of the batch of orders the warehouse is currently packing up and shipping out. It should be on its way soon.
