October 2016 Pathfinder Comics Release

Since the reintroduction of the Off-Schedule Subscription Shipping Options feature, I am trying to determine the best way to keep the monthly shipping thread from getting out of hand. I'm going to try splitting up stickied release threads based on release dates. If you have chosen for your Comics Subscription to "Ship items from this subscription as they arrive in our warehouse." Then the following will be relevant to you!

Comics Subscription Releases in October
Pathfinder Comics: Worldscape #1 Paizo.com Exclusive Cover
Pathfinder Comics Deluxe: Worldscape #1: Covers by Sebastian Cichon, Carlos Gomez, James Boyle, and the Paizo.com Exclusive Cover

• Authorization (Order Spawning) Date: October 17th 18th

• Begin Shipping Estimate: October 19th
  
• End Shipping Estimate: October 21st
  
• Street Date for Comics: October 19th
  

If you have both monthly and off-schedule subscriptions, you can select what to do with any non-subscription items you put into your sidecart.
You can ship any non-subscription items with the earliest possible subscription shipment or with your subscriptions that have products releasing with the the monthly Paizo published new releases.
You can make this choice from your My Subscription page.
Remember, once we create a subscription order, if you still want to add items, make sure you choose to add items to the specific order that has been created.
Adding them to the sidecart after we have run our order creation process means they will wait until the next shipment based on your subscription settings.

Folks unfortunately we ran into an issue and will not be running the comics order creation today.

When we rolled the new code, the default for shipping "off schedule" subscription was set to ship as soon as possible instead of holding for monthly.

We have new set these subscriptions so that they are now defaulted to "hold for monthly" which is the behavior that the majority of subscribers historically chose and mirrors the behavior that subscribers are used to.

If you wish to ship your licensed subscriptions as soon as possible (when/if they are not shipping with the monthly shipment) you will want to visit your my subscription page and adjust your subscription options.

We've started the order creation for comics subscribers.

If you have selected to "ship comics as soon as possible" or if comics is your only subscription, you should be receiving an order confirmation email.

If you have selected to "hold for monthly shipment" for your comics subscription, the comics issues will appear in your sidecart until we run our next Paizo monthly shipment.

If you want your comics shipped now but didn't get a chance to change the setting to "ship as soon as possible" before we began creating orders, just let our customer service team know and they can set the order up.

Subscribers to the Pathfinder Comics should have seen their order ship if:

1. Ship as soon as possible set on their comics subscription
2. Comics subscriptions are the only subscription on the account

If you have a comics subscription and have Hold for Monthly set on the subscription, Worldscape #1 should be in your sidecart.
