I am a adventure path subscriber and I read that we get the PDF of the CotCT HC Ed. if we preorder the book, just like the regular AP books.
My order has been cleared for a few days, sitting in the sidecart to ship whenever Strange Aeons 3 does, but I do not yet have the PDF. Apparently a few people do, based on the thread.
I am planning on running the adventure soon, so I would like to know if someone can fix the problem of the PDF not being able to download? My players are expecting to start in the next few days.
Just like with your AP subscription, you will not receive the PDF until your hard copy ships. If you want the PDF before November, you'll have to choose the Ship Now option to move the book out of your sidecart to ship by itself; otherwise, you won't receive the PDF until it ships with your next subscription.
How do you move it from the side cart to the main cart?

This is true, but you can do it yourself, too. If you go to your My Account page and scroll down to My Sidecart somewhere on the right side of the page, it should list your CotCT hardcover and there should be a button that says something like "Ship Right Away." (I no longer have anything in my sidecart, so I don't have the option and I can't remember exactly how it's worded.)
Click that, and it will generate an order with just your CotCT hardcover (and, I believe, anything else that's ready to go in your sidecart.) That's what I did.
